Growth-X

Africa's growth platform for founders who mean business.

The company

Growth-X helps founders across Africa move from starting a business to growing one.

Founders across the continent find plenty of inspiration and far less practical help with growth. Growth-X works on that second part, through business education, advisory support and a community of founders facing the same decisions. Its credentials are tied to documented business outcomes rather than course completion.

Its flagship platform, Growth Space, is open for its EdTech waitlist. In 2026 Growth-X was selected for the Mastercard Foundation Fund for Alumni Start-ups in Transition (FAST), delivered with CcHub, to develop the platform further.

How it works

Three ways Growth-X supports founders.

Business education

Practical learning on strategy, finance and growth through Growth Space, the company's EdTech platform.

Advisory support

Guidance for founders working through real decisions in their own businesses.

Founder community

A network of entrepreneurs across five countries who learn from each other's progress.
